Used car export runs on a different MOQ and model lineup than motorcycles — here's how it works if cars are what you're sourcing.
The car MOQ: 5 units per 40HQ container
A standard 40HQ container holds approximately 5 passenger cars, which sets the MOQ for used car wholesale orders. Unlike motorcycles, there's no smaller 20FT option — at that volume the per-unit freight cost for cars would be too high to make sense for either side. Motorcycles and cars are separate orders
If you're sourcing both, note that motorcycles and cars are quoted, ordered, and loaded independently — each against its own MOQ. A container can't mix the two categories, since packing methods and volume calculations are different for each. Buyers who want both simply place two orders, which can still ship close together if timed with the supplier.
